The 3 new sets of Gacha textures are in the machines as of today! This is our second round of Iron Prisms we’ve done, we hope you’re as excited as we are!
The machines are still rezzed in two places on our sims, so if one set is busy you can try another location:
These 3 machines will be out for about a month and then we’ll pull them back.

We’re pleased to announce updates to all of the Bloodlines HUDs: The Thirst, The Rage, The Human HUD, and The Fury. There are significant updates included in this version, including new, bento-enabled mesh vampire fangs and lycan claws, and a new attachment we call The Nexus Object.
A different Nexus is included in The Thirst, The Rage, and The Human. The Fury HUD interacts with the Rage and Thirst Nexus Objects. The functionality that existed prior to today in the claws and fangs is now in the Nexus, and claws and fangs are now just cosmetic attachments used for effect. The Nexus Object will be used from now on to hold your custom Bloodlines bite and claw animations.
In the process of upgrading, you will need to move any custom animations from your old fangs and claws into your Nexus. Please see the instructions pages for the various systems for detailed instructions for moving your animations from your fangs and claws to your Nexus Object. The Nexus Object will also be important in our upcoming RPG expansion, and this update can be considered a preliminary update to that expansion!
We’ve tried to include fangs and claws that will fit the vast majority of mesh and non-mesh avatars out there. If you find that none of the fangs or claws fit you well, you are free to use third-party attachments, attachments you make yourself, or none at all. As long as you’re wearing the Nexus Object, everything will still work.
We’ve also brought HUD skins that we released previously on the Fury to the Thirst, Rage, and Human HUDs, and we’ve fixed multiple issues with animations that have been reported to us.
We hope you enjoy this update!
Since the Vial textures came out prior to the release of the Rare Library or Gacha, we’ve had requests to re-release this set of textures. So for 2 weeks (December 11th – December 25th) they will be available again.
With the purchase of a Vial 10 Pack you will receive either the Iron Prism and Blood Tank version of the Limited Vial texture (appropriate to which pack you bought) as a free gift!

Since many of the Potion Cabinet textures came out prior to the release of the Rare Library or Gacha, we’ve had requests to re-release this set of textures. So for 2 weeks (November 1st – November 15th) they will be available again.
With the purchase of a Potion Pack (or the single Nightshade or Wolfsbane) you will receive both the Iron Prism and Blood Tank version of that potion’s Potion Cabinet texture as a free gift!
We’re excited to announce the release of “The Fury” Hybrid HUD! This HUD combines the functionality of the Thirst and Rage HUDs into one unit, with a few extra bells and whistles thrown in. This HUD has metric meters for Humanity, Vital Blood, and Lumens in a single HUD, and includes a new HUD skinning feature. For now, we’ve included six custom HUD skins along with our classic-styled skin. We’re working on the ability for families and individuals to release their own custom HUD skins soon!
This HUD will not register an account with the Bloodlines system, and it does not come with Bloodlines fangs or claws. This is an add-on item for those who already have the Thirst or Rage Bloodlines systems. In order to register with Bloodlines and obtain fangs and claws, you will need to also own either the Thirst or Rage systems. However, if you are already registered with Bloodlines, it will count for your daily Determined achievement. Full instructions to The Fury Hybrid HUD can be found on the Fury gear page.
Also, for a limited time, when you buy the Hybrid HUD, you will also get the “Hybrid Banner” rare tank and iron prism textures for free!

In honor of the upcoming Halloween season, we’ve made the Nightmares set extra large, and we’ll keep them out for a bit longer this time. These 3 machines will be out for about 6 weeks (Sept 13th – Oct 31st) and then we’ll pull them back.

After many months of Rare texture giveaways at our Friday events (and many requests to make the textures more widely available) we have finally begun! To start there will be a set of 3 gacha machines, each carrying one Theme set from our current collections of Rare textures. The machines will be rezzed in two places on our sims, so if one set is busy you can try another location:
When you spin you’ll receive a Bloodlines Paint Bucket. The buckets will grab the Gacha Spin Rares that you’ve won, in order, from your library and load it into the buckets as you rez them. **** You must accept the bucket and rez it to load the texture you won. If you decline the buckets the textures will not arrive for you*** In case you haven’t come in contact with one of our Paint Buckets yet, the original post on that is here. Once you’ve got the Texture in your bucket, you can hold, display, or sell it. You can also “Unload” it into your Rare Library on your web profile, and from there you can apply it to containers or items that you own.
The machines contain Commons, Uncommons, Rares, and an Ultra Rare. It was honestly tough to decide which textures would fall into which categories, and undoubtedly some will be disappointed that some textures are easier or harder to get than they would like. We did our best to make the decisions based on feedback that we got during the Friday events. And as always, just because the textures are rarified by the event, they are not guaranteed to stay that way, and may become more common through the Gacha sale.
These 3 machines will be out for one month (June 7th – July 7th) and then we’ll pull them back. At that point we may put out some new machines, but we want to see how this first run goes. We can say that it will probably be a very long time before we re-release these particular theme groups, because we understand for the collectors out there that collectability and value depends heavily on limited supply. We’re attempting to ride the line here of pleasing the people who would just like some cool new variations on their containers, and the collectors who would like some textures to remain Rare / difficult to acquire.
Feedback is always welcome, so don’t hesitate to drop us a notecard. And thanks everyone from the last 10 months worth of events who encouraged this Rare experiment, it’s turned into quite a fun adventure!
*** Update: We are aware that the tank/prism Texture menus max out at one page full of Rare categories; we are working on an update for that, but in the meantime if you apply textures (or load them into cans) to empty out a category, the ones you’re not seeing will fill in the space on the blue menu so that you can access them.
