We’re excited to announce an official grid-wide Bloodlines Event – The Bloodlines Fresh Blood Tour!
This is a unique tour that we haven’t done before, and the purpose is to give you a chance to voiceyour opinion on what race Bloodlines should add next. By decorating your land in a way that illustrates your passion for zombies, or elves, or merfolk, or whatever else you’re excited about – you can demonstrate your excitement to the community, and potentially influence what race Bloodlines releases next!
The Fresh Blood Tour starts now and runs through Sept 24th.
The awards party will be held Sept 26th. There’ll be live DJs, raffles, Best Attire giveaways, and more!
Starting today, we’ll be connecting participating Haunts via the website and the HUDs, so you can easily travel from event to event, while discovering new Bloodlines-friendly locations. Bloodlines judges will be visiting participating locations to help with the final choosing of the top Haunts.
For Haunt owners, this event means a chance to raise awareness of your clan land, club, bar, or RP area. The Tour will provide an influx of new visitors, as well as give you a chance to network with other Bloodlines friendly locations. Players will be able to vote on their favorite Haunts up until Sept 24th, when voting will close so we have enough time to make final judgements before the party.
To vote on your favorite Haunts, all you need to do is press the ‘Vote’ link next to the Tour icon on the profile of participating haunts. These tallied votes will be combined with voting by the judges to determine the winners.
*It will be possible to win a prize without necessarily theming toward the next race Bloodlines releases. IE, we’ll be awarding prizes based on how awesome the locations are; if the most awesome location is themed toward Ducks, the location can win a prize even if it’s eventually decided that the next Bloodlines race will be Elves.
Prizes:
The prize winners will have a picture of their haunt immortalized on the prize container texture!
1st Place Winner: 100L equivalent container of your choice + Gold Crown rare texture + Banner on Bloodlines Homepage for a week following the event.
2nd Place Winner: (3) 20L equivalent containers of your choice + Silver Crown rare texture + Banner on Bloodlines Homepage for a week following the event.
3rd Place Winner: (2) 20L equivalent containers of your choice + Bronze Crown rare texture + Banner on Bloodlines Homepage for a week following the event.
7 Honorable Mentions: (1) 20L equivalent container of your choice + Honorable Mention rare texture
Tour Participation Rare: Given to anyone who opted-in their location to the event, awarded at the end of the month (limit one per avatar).
Getting involved is simple:
Location Owners – If you already have a Haunt, just log into your profile, Edit Haunts, and opt-in via the radio button for the Event. Make sure to use the Haunt Events calendar to schedule specific times for your events.
Bloodlines players – The Event will automatically generate locations in your HUD, under the Haunt button. We’ll also make it clear on the website which locations are participating, so you should be able to easily find the next great location to visit!
Dates to Remember:
Aug 26th through Sept 24th – Building, displaying, and voting on Haunt locations.
Sep 26th – Party from 1pm – 7pm, Winners Announced, Prizes Given.

We are pleased to announce Season 36! As a reminder:
MORE TEXTURE REWARDS – There is a Collectible Texture available at EVERY step of the Season Map. That’s 25 total available to you, drawn from 35 unique textures on the reward path, spread among the 5 container styles + reapers.
SEASON LENGTH OF 6 WEEKS – Checkpoints must be completed during this time to earn rewards, and rewards must be collected prior to the end.
SEASON VAULT TEXTURES – The 2nd-to-last checkpoint in the season offers a variety of Legacy / previous season rare textures. This month the sets to choose from are: Black Marble, Cosmic Balance ,Mind Stone,Grape Taffy,Dragon Dungeon ,Skulto,Lime Slush,Underwater City 2.
You earn points for doing challenges, the points increase a progress bar, and when you reach checkpoints you unlock rewards. Both Bloodlines and Legends activities are included in the challenges. The rewards can include: Bloodlines / Legends Products, Metrics, Resources, Rare Goods and Gift Cards.

The new Zodiac* and Hoard sets are out! They are in machines at their respective regions below, and the Hoards are in Piper’s Prize machines. They’ll be there until the end of the month.
*You may notice that we’re re-running Leo 6 from last August. This year we’re aiming to have the new Zodiac set start on January 1st, so for the last part of the year we’ll re-run legacy Zodiacs. So, for the rest of the fall, keep an eye out for Nexta machines with previous years’ textures!

A new merchant, Seraphina Petralux, is in the Angel Havens, and part of her job is keeping the crystals polished there. Help her and she’ll reward you with an Achievement, XP, and a key to the Community Chest.
This is a seasonal quest which will change every month based on the current birthstone.

We’ve released a new texture set for the Skeleton Skirmish chest! Giltwood is a bronze, silver, and gold framed set of the default wood chest textures. Because of this (and it being such a large set) we’ve kept the coin cost low, at 10 Dark Doubloons. The set is in Piper’s Prize machines and will be for a few months. Get them while you can!
*Note: We also added some default wood textures to the Skeleton Skirmish chests in the process, so they now have a full menu of 9 default options.
