We are pleased to announce Season 11!

As with the last Season, you will earn points for doing challenges, the points increase a progress bar, and when you reach checkpoints you unlock rewards. Both Bloodlines and Legends activities are included in the challenges. The rewards are a wide mix including but not limited to: Bloodlines Products, Legends Products, Metrics, Resources, Rare Textures and Gift Cards.

The Seasons HUD is available for free in vendors at the landing areas in our regions and we’ll be doing a blast-out delivery to all current Bloodlines players. To be clear, you don’t have to have the HUD on to be earning progress, but you do need to wear it to unlock and claim your rewards.

SEASON PASS

There are plenty of checkpoints and rewards by default, but there are also bonus valuable items hidden behind ‘locked’ checkpoints. These can be unlocked by purchasing a Season Pass, which can be done either with L$ or with Season Pass Tokens which can be earned along the Season path of rewards.

REWARD OPTIONS

Certain rewards will have choices, for instance if one of the rewards is a Vial, when you collect it, you choose which kind of vial you want: Blood, Lumen, Human, Ether, or Ichor. Other rewards will have alternatives. For example, say a reward is the coffin, but you already own the coffin, you’ll be given the option to get some metrics instead.

METRIC CACHES & METRIC RESERVES

“Metric Reserves” can be given at various points, and these are metrics that you unlock immediately and can access at Refill Stations.

“Metric Caches” can be given at various points, and these are metrics that you store up and unlock if or when you finally complete the season progress bar.

CURRENT SEASON DURATION

The current season, Season Ten, will run from midnight (SL time) on June 1st to midnight on July 31st, 2023.

Greetings Legends! We’re excited to announce a new quest, set in the Vampire Islands RP area.

Isadora Blackthorn, the new house sorceress at the Nightville Keep, has discovered a mysterious and dangerous Garlic Glyph, possibly part of a larger spell to thwart the vampire denizens of the area. She requests your assistance, and will reward you for your efforts!

The quest rewards are listed on the flyer. This quest starts with Isadora on Bloodlines East.

We’re happy to announce some updates to Legends!

First, we realize it’s been a while, but we’re hoping to have more consistent updates with Legends going forward.

This batch contains a few new Quests, dozens of new Achievements, and a trove of new Recipes and Resources that can be crafted via the Crafting Stations.

The Research Station should be updated with the new mesh crafting recipes. Most of the new Recipes can be also found in the General Recipe section of the Legends Guide.

There are also of course new Legends War categories, as well as the end-of-month Rare Texture awards that correspond to each.

We thank you for your patience getting these updates out, and we hope to have more for you very soon!

Sierra, the adventurous narwhal, has run afoul of an underwater volcano while traveling in the Demon Badlands, and is plagued by a ringing in her ears. She needs your help, and whill reward you for your efforts!

Mr. Bitz, submariner on his way to the Isle of Cats, has run out of lives. He needs your help, and he’ll reward you for your efforts!

The quest rewards are listed on the flyer. This quest starts with Mr. Bitz on Bloodlines North.

To welcome Spring, we’ve set a few Cherry Blossom trees around the sims. There are ones by the domes, which are temporary, and one down in Angel Havens, which is permanent.

Once an hour you can harvest Cherry Blossoms for 5 stamina. They can be used in two new recipes:

Cherry Blossom TIncture (purpose TBD)
Cherry Blossom Puffed Pastry (Consumable)

The Puffed Pastry Recipe can be purchased from Gertrude’s shop.

Also, to clarify: while any achievements done in the next 48 hours will still count towards Soul War / Legends War / Medals etc., you will not earn season points for any game activities until the season is live.
