Bloodlines War Stats Updated

September 17th, 2009 by Lyle Maeterlinck

Please note, we have updated all Bloodlines War stats following an update to our attack and kill tables. All kills that had previously been recorded after the victim was already dead (due to the multiple-weapon attach cheat, or due to lag) were removed, and all statistics, including lethality, kills, deaths, body count, and one-hit kills were rebuilt for all players.  We’ve also repaired the issue with kills of this type being recorded.

    Dear Sir

Some of the people in our clan have lost the use of their Bloodlines War HUD. A few of them were in fact alts we used for training. I understand taking the alts in the war out of the game helps keep the game honest, however what are the guidelines to ensure that people who aren’t alts but just don’t have the time to play as often wont be removed as well? My question is how do you know who is a alt and who isn’t? There has been no warning sent to anyone and one person in our clan only purchased a HUD last week and it’s been removed. Are monies going to be refunded to those that are not able to utilise the product they purchased? I know of a lot of people that have created new accounts because they are fed up of the drama that has occurred and want to be unknown. Looking through the Bloodlines pages, I also notice that several known alts of people are still showing, so I’m interested to know what your criteria is for this decision.

To be fair this has been shocking. It feels like there is a double standard in Bloodlines. Wouldn’t you agree that playing vampire in Bloodlines is too a game? A game that people buy souls and HUDs for alts just to become King or Queen while others work for months to achieve it. I’m sure also you would agree and see this is a double standard. As a matter of fact, I know people who buy souls and sell souls and make alts to make a nice little income for themselves so all benefit apart from the honest player. Now Sir, wouldnt you agree that is the same as buying a war HUD for a alt and killing it as many times as you want? Perhaps there needs to be a better way to deter alts. Maybe buy a bloodlines vampire or lycan HUD to be able to buy the war HUD. Im sure people wouldnt be as willing to make war alts just to build stats that way it would cost too much money.

But at the moment you seem to being saying its ok to buy HUDs for a soul count but not HUDs for alts for stats in the war game this makes no sence to me if you’re going to make it a fair game then do so in bloodlines vampire. A lot of us work hard to bring in new vampire we dont buy souls,,,,,but people who do buy souls get reward with stats…..I hope you see the double standard in this!

Thank you for your time !
